These properties are located just west of Burlington near 11th and Iris Rd., less than 4 miles from the city limits. If you are busy that day and it isn't convenient to place one bid at a time, you can enter a maximum bid (which other bidders cannot see) and the system will bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid amount. Again, we will be offering these parcels in three tracts. Tract 1 contains 80 acres more or less. Tract 2 contains 160 acres more or less and Tract 3 is a combination of Tracts 1 and 2 with the property selling in whichever form garners the most proceeds. There will be a $25,000 escalator added to the combined price of Tracts 1 and 2 and this is where the bidding for Tract 3 will begin. Totaling 160 acres more or less, Tract 2 features cropland, a mobile home, outbuildings, rural water and electric service and in addition to the current home location, there are multiple excellent potential sites to build a new one if desired.
