Description: Upon signing the rental agreement we cleaned the house for one week before moving in our belonging. Since doing so we have seen several things the landlord has yet to repair. He claims the water is clean and safe yet as our water has a small drip in the bathroom in the short time of one day our tub where the water touches is already a dark orange color. Our water has a strong metal smell to it as well. There were several holes in the closets where mice were coming in. We have since repaired them at our expense. All of the windows leak when it rains which need to be resealed. Our front door had a leak as well which we also repaired at our expense. The hall bathrooms shower drain pipe is not connected to the houses drainage system and the water falls straight to the ground. The master bathrooms shower the pipe between the bathtub faucet and the shower head is broke and we can not use that shower because the water leaks all over the floor in trying to do so damaging the wall and floor. Description: Of complaint: I was going to be a new tenant to this location upon first inspection I was told repairs would be made to issue including holes in walls door off hinges water stains in bathroom as well as other issues that were found I went to look the 14 of december with a move in date of the 19 if december upon arriving to move in the 19 holes were still not repaired properly drywall was flaking apart and I was also greeted by roaches and a rat in the cabinet of the master bathroom I told the landlord immediately to which I was told to catch it and he would lay traps in the morning as my wife was trying to keep it pinned to the master bathroom I then told him that I could not live there due to the hazard that were presented to my 3 year old son and my 5 month old daughter I asked to be reimbursed my deposit and my prorated rent in the amount of 1183 but was told no and I believe.
