Description: Service request number sr428281 I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and when I go to do drop off or check on my engine at 4141 causeway blvd this location there is no where to park for disabled patrons. The owner complains and makes threats about having your vehicle towed for blocking gate in the back of building where the automotive shops are located. I have mentioned this several times to the shop owner to address with the owner. Keith sills stated that the owner john michael leon said he don't care. There is no where to walk safely to the shop because of the blocked entrance to shop. And the grounds are saturated will oil and grease and fluids which makes it dangerous for anyone especially disabled customers. There is no room for emergency personnel to get to someone if they are hurt on the property.
