Description: Created on 4/10/2018 11:00 am service request number sr196738 as a board member of the tiffany lake manors hoa we have been concerned about the property at 17229 tiffany shore drive. The owner has been living in a nursing home for approximately 15 years and his brother who is an attorney in ny has been handling the property for him. The house has been vacant all those years and has been allowed to deteriorate both inside and out. Several years ago we had to contact your office about the murky water in the pool and the torn screens and unlocked doors of the lanai which were contributing to a dangerous situation. Your prompt action resulted in the pool equipment being put back into operation and general maintenance of the pool. The screening was repaired as well. Our concern now is that they don't have water service to their house in order to save money.
