Description: Add wood sill beam framing 8"x10"x 30' timbers under the 2"x6" sill plates and gable ends with an 8"x10"x30' center beam plus three lolly columns and three 10"x24"x24" concrete footings spaced 7' o/c under the center beam in the new basement.
