Description: On 2/6/17 bill langford investigated the property at 5333 causeway blvd at 10:58am that had major damage to the east end of the building from a vehicle. Met with office staff on site and owner pam talbot was contacted via phone during the onsite meeting. It was explained in detail to keep the damaged area secured from public and staff to include locating the breaker to disconnect power until a contractor was obtained to pull permits and reconstruct. Recommended to secure opening in the wall it should be handled from the exterior for safety and by a professional. There are load bearing walls between damaged area and current occupied area that allows us not to order vacated.
