Description: Service request number sr344060 a 7-eleven convenience store and car wash has recently been constructed adjacent to my property 4205 knob lake court tampa fl 33619. The structure has several extremely bright and flashing external lights which illuminate the inside of my home both the second and first story. The car wash lights shine into my property at night which is a nuisance and is interfering with my sleep. The lights are on 24/7 which definitely seems unnecessary. The lights seem to be in violation of sec.6.11.30. -convenience store: paragraph d: all outdoor lighting shall be directional and shall not shine directly onto adjacent properties. The car wash also has an exterior blue light which strobes all night and its rapid pattern could have adverse affects on someone with epilepsy in violation of code part 6.10.00 - exterior lighting: paragraph e. Prohibitions sections 1 2 and 3.
