Description: The above project has located the side wall of their construction within 15 feet of my front boundary. I believe that this wall must be 50 feet from my front boundary or at least 25 feet from that boundary if that is considered the back boundary of the other lot. In any case the project is too close to the front boundary of my lot. There must have been a mistake in planning because a project of that size should not be positioned in such a way as to de-value my property which is the end result of this current situation. I have owned my property since 1998 and my house was built in 2004. I believe I have some rights to maintain the aesthetics and value of living in such a location to a reasonable degree. The location of the side wall of this project is very unreasonable. I look forward to hearing how we can solve this problem. Ps.
