Description: Created on 3/29/2019 9:46 am service request number sr275333 our neighbor located on 1915 vandervort rd continues to dump his trash on our private lane via his side gate. He has been informed by the police to not trespass on the private lane but he continues to use our property for his trash. This is illegal dumping since the trash trucks do not come down the lane any longer. There was no place for them to turn around down the lane. This was a complete hazard. We sent him a decease and desist letter. There is no reason why he cannot put the trash out in front of his own house. He only does this to harass us. He does not even live on our lane or pay maintenance cost of the lane. The trucks were also destroying the integrity of the lane. So now this trash is just going to sit on our private lane forever. I was wondering if his actions are a code violation? I have several more pictures if you are interested.
