Description: Remodel to office - hertz car rental 10/17/07: I bcr have spoken with tanner mark and erik about planning outstanding items specifically landscaping. It was decided that there will be no tco extension granted and landscaping is disapproved. Prior does not count. With conclusion of this conversation tanner fortney and I bcr called phil of hertz to inform him of the city's stance on the building permit issue and special use permit renewal. In regards to the building permit tanner will make a entry in the planning block of the permit stating that landscaping is disapproved and planning does not recommend tco extension. I and phil of hertz talked about a reasonable time frame to get the landscaping complete. We decided that november 9 2007 is the drop dead date to get landscaping complete and call me before end of day on the 9 of november. I explained that if I do not hear from him (phil) by end of business day the 9 of november I will issue a citation (nta).
