Description: Service request number: sr423823 you were addressed previously in 2014 about karnes stables business and they managed to sell out with profits but screwing the neighborhood with owners that are in the same type of business. We moved out of the city to our neighborhood of tobacco road lutz because of the zoning these newer owners within 2 weeks have built a noah's ark to increase their business and capacity but screwing up our peace and quiet by holding events almost every weekend and some weekdays the traffic the noise is endless and now they have placed stadium type of lights on the happy tails and tobacco corner when did the zoning change? why are these people allowed the freedom to do as they please?. Every event they have brings in catering trucks and the septic tanks to clean out every time. Our street is another highway and now it's being converted into a city road with these events. What about our property value? this needs your immediate attention please. Description: Property was a small horse barn now owner is having commercial events weddings hosting alcohol partying for hundreds of people every weekend. The cars and traffic and noise are ridiculous. I almost got hit head on by a drunk driver leaving out of there one day. When did this address become an approved wedding venue. I don't choose to love next to a commercial establishment especially not a party place. This is damaging my property value. Many residents are upset. Please do something about this.
