Description: General description of work the home was built in 1997 to be used as an earth bermed home. It is essentially a concrete bunker built in 1997. The floors walls and ceiling are made of 11 of concrete and rebar. We removed all of the dirt from the roof and hired a local engineer and contractor to install a standing seam metal roof. The home is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house but we are turning it into a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom home (for now). We will eventually convert the garage into a 2nd bedroom and building a separate garage to be the 3rd bedroom and 3rd bathroom. This is a year or two down the road.
